My biggest motivation to run is that it helps me cope with my ADHD. Running gives me clarity, calm, and focus. It makes me feel good about myself, and gives me confidence to try new things and reach out to meet new people and find new connections. I work as an ADHD coach, and my hope is that by staying on task and hitting my goal I can show people that living with ADHD can be challenging, but you can still do amazing things.
Here's to a new year filled with success and happiness for everyone. I can't wait for the new year!
